Conceptual Schematic Design
​

Schematic Design establishes the general scope, conceptual ideas, and scale, relationships of the various program elements. We typically prepare a series of rough plans, (schematics) sketches (blueprints) 

2D Floor Plans & Elevations
​

A series of layouts (wall, ceiling, and floor) produced after the preliminary design stage with dimensions, zone labeling, and enlarge detailing design. Typically, the 3D Model is generated from 2D layouts for walls extrusion. Elevations are essential in kitchen design, as well as other detailed walls used for projection a specific wall finishes. A floor plan simply cannot communicate all of the design information adequately.

3D Model & Render Visualization​

The primary objective is to arrive at a clearly defined feasible concept based on the most promising design solutions. We typically prepare a series of 3D models, drawings, and other illustrations to help the owner visualize their project. This can help us gain basic insights on everything from material choices to budget.

Design Development

To be concise, design development is how we transform our vision of space into a unique design plan. In reality, the design development stage is everything as it involves a myriad of activities. This is an inherent part of the process as it helps us find the details that need to be refined, and it is a valuable communication to our client.

This is mainly for commercial to establish an interior design identity.
